How can I tell what kind of pest problem I have?
A foul or unusual odour in areas act as a good indication that an area has been infested. With pests such as rodents they are usually accompanied by an ammonia scent. Droppings can also be a common indication for a pest problem, droppings usually come from rodents, birds and cockroaches. Signs of chewed areas can also be signs of rodents. Lastly noise such as rustling or bird noises can help in identifying what kind of pest problem you have.
Is pest control safe for pets?
Most pest control treatments are considered safe however during the treatment It is advised for any pets to be kept away from the area that is being treated. If treatment is done inside your home keep them out of the home. Similarly, if treatment is done on the exterior, then you should keep your pets inside the home. Before Treatment has begun make sure to remove all toys and bowls well away from the area. After the treatment make sure to keep your pet still well away from the area until it is completely dry. Further, make sure to keep the area well ventilated. To ensure fish are not affected by any pesticides make sure to cover the tank completely especially the vents. It is best to inform us of any pets you may have.
